These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Haven & Vue website and your purchase of products from Haven & Vue. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights and protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. About Haven & Vue

Haven & Vue is an online retailer offering home and lifestyle products.

Our current range includes The Haven Lamp, a wireless ambient table lamp.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product description, promotional or availability errors.

If an obvious error affects the price or terms of an order, we may contact you before dispatch to offer the option of proceeding on the corrected terms or cancelling the affected order, where permitted by applicable law.

We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Payment information may be handled directly by the relevant payment provider under its own terms and security procedures.

5. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes and multi-buy offers may have additional conditions displayed when the offer is presented.

• Offers may be restricted by product, quantity, customer, location or promotional period;

• Discount codes must be applied before completing an order;

If a cancellation or return changes the quantity of products retained from an order, the applicable discount may be recalculated based on the quantity ultimately retained, where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Where permitted by law, Haven & Vue may not be responsible for additional costs, failed delivery attempts or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer delivery rights.

8. International Orders and Charges

Where international delivery is offered, an order may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer may be responsible for applicable charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery and customs processing.

Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights or obligations imposed on Haven & Vue by applicable law.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes mandatory consumer rights.

Where the Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law apply to an order, they should be read together with these Terms.

10. Product Care and Use

Products should be used in accordance with supplied instructions, safety information and their intended purpose.

Haven & Vue is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, failure to follow supplied instructions or use outside the product's intended purpose.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Haven & Vue name, branding, logos, written content, photographs, graphics, product presentation, designs and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Haven & Vue.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our intellectual property without permission, except where permitted by law.

We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where the failure or delay results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruption, major technical failures, supplier disruption, government action, customs delays or widespread service outages.

Where practicable, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of such events.

This section does not remove any consumer rights that apply where the law requires a remedy.

The version published on the website will apply from its stated effective date.
